Refund policy
The Perfect Pear gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered (includes items altered by perfume odor, smoke, or makeup marks), or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
Items Eligible for Return:
- Online merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipped date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items must have original tags attached
- Items must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
- Items must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
- Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no signs of wear)

Start your return process by utilizing the Return Portal.
- Return shipping label cost will be deducted from store credit amount issued after return is finalized.
- Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Perfect Pear E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, please email hello@theperfectpear.co
Should the requested size be available, we will let you know how to begin the exchange process. If size is unavailable, you will be directed to the return portal to return the item and be issued store credit, if you so choose.
ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED ONCE.

Shopper is responsible for shipping cost of item to
- 109 COLLEGE STREET, PORTLAND, TN 37148.
- Shopper is also responsible for the discounted shipping cost of 7.99 (+ tax) to ship out the new item.
- A new invoice will be sent and must be paid before the exchange will be sent.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care (hello@theperfectpear.co) within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
- Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care at hello@theperfectpear.co within 3 days of item receipt.

How long does it take to process the return?
- Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file.
Do you offer price adjustments?
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for an E-Gift card.
